love this recipe because it’s so thick and creamy. Packed with blood sugar supporting pumpkin and tastes like a pumpkin pie ice cream. Who doesn’t love the sounds of that?!
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl
INGREDIENTS
½ cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
2 frozen bananas
2 tbsp coconut cream
2 tbsp Yoso Unsweetened coconut yogurt
½ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp smooth almond butter
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp cacao nibs
1 tsp shredded coconut
1 tsp rose petals
METHOD
In a high speed blender add frozen banana, pumpkin puree, coconut cream, yogurt, nutmeg, cinnamon, almond butter and turmeric.
Blend well until thick and creamy.
Pour into a bowl or coconut shell and top with nibs, coconut, pumpkin seeds and rose petals and enjoy!
